Na Assembleia a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do Sindicato informou aos presentes que est\u00e1 levantando todos os postos que a empresa tinha, e analisando onde cabe a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial para entrar imediatamente com a\u00e7\u00e3o na justi\u00e7a para garantir o pagamento das verbas rescis\u00f3rias, entre outros direitos.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 levantando os postos que ainda tem fatura a receber para tamb\u00e9m ingressar com a\u00e7\u00e3o para bloqueio das mesmas, objetivando o pagamento das verbas rescis\u00f3rias.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>O Sindicato est\u00e1 atento e agiu rapidamente ao decreto de fal\u00eancia da Empresa para que os vigilantes n\u00e3o sofram os preju\u00edzos que ocorrem nessas situa\u00e7\u00f5es.
