O objetivo \u00e9 discutir quest\u00f5es de ass\u00e9dio moral e sexual, oportunidades de trabalho, igualdade de g\u00eanero, paridade no movimento sindical e todas as quest\u00f5es de interesse feminino. Segundo a diretora de Mulheres da CNTV, Elenilde Ilorca, as mulheres enfrentam enormes desafios e precisam, diariamente, provar sua capacidade. <em>\u201cNo setor da seguran\u00e7a privada, por exemplo, realizamos o mesmo curso de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, o mesmo treinamento, e ainda assim a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito grande. Precisamos acabar com isso.
